Parental Challenge--Getting Your Kids to Eat Healthy Foods

Diet is a factor in anxiety related disorders. In this country we have an epidemic of childhood obesity. Both boys and girls can develop eating disorders. Parents struggle with how to get their kids to eat healthy when they head back to school, when they're hanging with their friends, when they are out of parental sight and control.
